4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Free Cancellation: Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled service.

4.2 Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service may incur a penalty fee.

4.3 No-Show: Failure to appear for scheduled service will result in full charge.

5. Driver and Vehicle

5.1 Professional Drivers: All drivers are licensed, insured, and professionally trained.

5.2 Vehicle Standards: All vehicles are regularly inspected and maintained to ensure safety and comfort.

5.3 Route Decisions: Drivers reserve the right to choose the most appropriate route based on traffic and road conditions.

6. Passenger Responsibilities

6.1 Conduct: Passengers must behave respectfully towards drivers and other passengers.

6.2 Safety: Passengers must follow all safety instructions provided by the driver.

6.3 Damages: Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during transport.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Insurance Coverage: All vehicles are fully insured for passenger transport.

7.2 Limitation of Liability: Driver Punta Cana's liability is limited to the cost of the transportation service.
