Select Your Route

On the main page, enter your origin and destination. You can choose airport, hotel or any address in Punta Cana.

Tips:
  • Use autocomplete to find your location
  • Verify that addresses are correct
  • If you can't find your hotel, type the full name

Choose Date and Time

Select the date and time for your transfer. If you need a return trip, activate the "Add return trip" option.

Tips:
  • For flights: schedule pickup 3 hours before
  • For hotels: consider check-out time
  • Return can be scheduled for later dates

Indicate Passengers and Luggage

Specify the number of passengers and amount of luggage to assign the appropriate vehicle.

Tips:
  • Count all passengers including children
  • Include carry-on and large suitcases
  • For large groups, a spacious vehicle will be assigned

Complete Your Information

Enter your personal information, flight details (if applicable) and any special preferences.

Important data:
  • Full name as it appears on passport
  • Phone number with active WhatsApp
  • Email to receive confirmation
  • Flight number for tracking

Confirm and Pay

Review all details and confirm your reservation. Payment is made in cash to the driver.

Important:
  • Save your reference number
  • Download the PDF ticket
  • Bring cash in USD or Dominican pesos
  • Driver will contact you 30 min before

Reservations

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 24 hours before your trip. However, we accept last-minute reservations based on availability. For special dates (Christmas, New Year, etc.), we recommend booking further in advance.

Can I modify or cancel my reservation?

Yes, you can modify or cancel your reservation at no cost up to 24 hours before the service. For last-minute changes, contact our customer service. Cancellations with less than 24 hours may apply penalties.

How do I know my reservation is confirmed?

You will receive a confirmation email with your reference number immediately after completing the reservation. You can also verify your reservation in the "My Booking" section using your reference number.

Payments

When and how do I make payment?

Payment is made in cash directly to the driver at the time of service. We accept US dollars (USD) and Dominican pesos (DOP). No advance payment is required to confirm your reservation.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently we only accept cash in USD or Dominican pesos. We are working to implement card payments in the future. The driver will always have change available.

Are tips included?

Tips are not included in the price and are completely optional. If you are satisfied with the service, a 10-15% tip is appreciated by our drivers.

Service

How do I recognize my driver?

The driver will contact you via WhatsApp 30 minutes before pickup with their photo, vehicle details and exact location. At the airport, they will carry a sign with your name. You can also call the provided number.

What if my flight is delayed?

We monitor all flights in real time. If your flight is delayed, we automatically adjust the driver's schedule at no additional cost. Don't worry, we'll be waiting when you arrive.

What type of vehicles do you use?

We have a modern fleet including sedans, SUVs, minivans and luxury vans. All vehicles have air conditioning, are insured and driven by licensed professional drivers.

What areas do you serve?

We serve the entire Punta Cana area, including: Punta Cana Airport, Bรกvaro, Cap Cana, Uvero Alto, Arena Gorda, Cabeza de Toro, and all hotels in the region. We also offer transfers to other cities like Santo Domingo and Santiago.

Do you make stops along the way?

Yes, we can make brief stops for last-minute purchases (pharmacy, supermarket, ATM) at no additional cost. For longer or tourist stops, check our available tours.
