DO NOT BOOK. Driver never arrived for a pickup to the airport in the morning, as reserved. No answer from them. Had to hire a different company. Almost lost my flight.

They picked us up from where we were as agreed, there were some waiting times. The food was not good on Isla Saona and they did not return us by catamaran as mentioned in the tour. We complained to the guide but he was not responsible and we could see that it is something they always do.Afterwards there was no organization to drop us off at our home. They lack organization and better treatment of customers.

Amazing experience! My wife & I did the combo tour & basically were out all day with their team exploring Punta Cana! The communication with booking everything was a bit shaky at first but a little follow up with their team on WhatsApp goes a long way. Alexander doesn’t speak English the best but his team member was able to help translate. They go above & beyond with the whole experience, and they even took a bunch of pictures & sent to us afterwards. All in all it was a very memorable experience & these guys are very trustworthy & reliable, and they plan out a really fun day of activities & exploring Punta Cana! Definitely a hidden gem for the price & what you get for a full day experience of fun! Bring some extra cash for all the goodies along the way. Don’t waste your money with the hotels & just book with these guys…you will be glad you did!

Excelent tour company. Very reliable and responsible. They have the most competitive prices in all punta cana, unlike hotels, that sell their packages overpriced. If you want to experience the Dominican Republic with a local, this is the place to go! The owner, Alexander goes above and beyond to ensure you are having a great time. Recommended, A+ and five star.
